Fundraising & Activities

An initial target funding of £915,000 was required to complete the restoration project and achieve the aims set out in Phases 2 and 3 of the conservation plan. To view our annual accounts please click here. We are fortunate to be actively supported in our fundraising efforts and have raised money through fundraising concerts, “Just giving” swims and cycles, coffee afternoons, and our Annual Gala which has run for 5 years. We also regularly run quizzes and raffles, and share a joint calendar fundraiser with Macduff Marine Aquarium.

Playing host to events such as these requires some amount of preparation and organisation. We have a willing and able team who regularly attend at Tarlair to clear paths, clear up after events and keep the surroundings presentable.
